Light brown bleeding

have Light brown bleeding I’m a bit worried slight period pains but very bad back ache
between 7-8 weeks pregnant?
called Epu- 4 hour call back time
shall I just turn up? Or monitor it

My epu won’t see you till they give you a appointment fingers crossed all is ok x
