Super sore breasts first trimester

I'm only 5+4 but I've had painful breasts since I found out I was pregnant (before 4 weeks) and have been wearing supportive soft bras since 4 weeks. They're getting more painful, even when I move my arms I can feel them! I think I'm going to have to start sleeping in a bra as well. Did anyone else have this and have any good tips other than what is on Google? I'm desperate here!

I've had this in my pregnancies. And yes definitely need to wear a bra at night. Try and ignore it,and cover them up asap after a shower. Avoid touching or itching them.

These bras I find most comfy and only thing I can wear ATM (I'm 22 weeks):

@JoyApple thank you so much! I will buy them today. Does it get any better in second trimester? So far I love being pregnant (first time for me) but finding this bit difficult especially as I know it'll get worse before it gets better

Mine were so sore first trimester, but more-or-less fine now (23 weeks). I think the sensitivity died down about 13, maybe 14 weeks?

I had to get a couple of non-wired bras from M&S which are so much comfier than my normal bras.

Same here - I've been wearing a bralette at night, or alternatively those vests with bra support inbuilt are good. I usually like lying on my front but that's definitely out the question!

@Peony654 I wore a soft sports/type bra last night, they're sore this morning but so so much better! I just have to deal with the fact that I wear bras permanently now, except to shower, although the shower hurts my nipples. I still love being pregnant though 🥰
