Low HCG at 5 weeks?

I should be 5 weeks and 5 days. Had really bad cramping (no bleeding) ended up in epu on Monday night. Took bloods and arranged scan for this morning.

Had an internal scan this morning and only measuring 5 weeks exactly. My HCG in blood is 675 and have a low hemoglobin.

They said everything should be fine and I won’t need any other follow up scans and just to attend my upcoming antenatal appointments

Has anyone else had this? Should I be worried about measuring behind and what my HCG is measuring.

Hi, what was the outcome of this? I've just had my bloods done at 4w6d and the HCG level is 829. The EPU said it's a completely normal result but obviously I'm now pranging having read posts on mumsnet from other women whose results have been in the 1000s.

Update? I'm 4w6 today and mine have come back as 800

Hiya, I’m 37 weeks pregnant now - don’t fret over the HCG numbers ❤️ what you want to see is them doubling every couple of days. 800 is a very strong starting number. Good luck in your pregnancy, the first trimester is a bit of a rollercoaster but it will be worth it in the end xxx

Thank you :) I've had a rocky start with this pregnancy (my 2nd as first ended in CP) , I've had spotting, small bleed, extreme sickness, vomiting blood, UTI you name it but baby staying a strong soldier for now haha. EPU getting back to me within 48 hours to do repeats to see if they do progress 😁
