Really sharp pain in nipples - labour near?

Has anyone experienced this? I am 38 weeks and in the last few hours have experienced really sharp pain in my breasts / nipples - I know breast pain is a common pregnancy gripe but this is very sharp and noticeable.

I really want this baby out of me so grateful for any replies!

Sounds like it’s more likely just to do with milk production
