Feel so anxious

Hello
I'm 6+4 with baby no4 I've got sore boobs and on and off nausea but I just feel like there's going to be something wrong!
I've had 3 healthy babies but between no2 and 3 I had a blighted ovum and I'm terrified that when I go for my scan on the 17th I'll be faced with another blighted ovum.
I'm also having an annoying niggly pain on the left hand side, but I had that before I got pregnant as I have a cyst on my ovary, but I'm still worrying it might be ectopic.
I'm 38 so my age isn't on my side either.
I'm just driving myself mad 🙈

I’m pregnant with number 3 and been exactly the same with this pregnancy. The other two I was really relaxed with but this time I’ve been so anxious something was wrong. It’s the only one I took multiple tests with and they got lighter for a few days, then at 9 weeks I had some bleeding. Both times I was convinced I was losing her. We didn’t announce the pregnancy until the 20 week scan because I was so convinced something was going to happen. I’m now 24 weeks and she’s happily kicking away but I still worry more than I did with the others. The only thing I can think is that this is my last one so maybe I’m worrying more because I won’t be doing this again.

I feel like this two and its my first (following a MC at the start of the year). I was 9 weeks yesterday and I have my scan at the end of July and I'm terrified there's going to to be nothing there or I'll have had a MMC.

Other than sore boobs and a massive bloat, I don't have any symptoms but from what I've seen, I can't really read to much into that. I didn't have any symptoms with my other pregnancy which I lost at nearly 8 weeks so I am feeling very anxious.

I won't have a private scan though.
