Gestational diabetes test

I had my gestational diabetes blood test this morning. Took blood, had the drink, waited an hour, took second lot of bloods and wait another hour. However the third time they failed to get blood...couldn't find the vein. Has this test been a total waste of time or can pathology use the first two blood tests? 😪

I'm sure they'll let you know. They may be able to tell if you need to repeat the test based on your one hour reading...

I had a similar situation, but they persevered and the fourth person who tried, a doctor, managed to get the final sample. They were only taking two samples though, one before the drink and one two hours later.
