Pregnancy massage, Indian head massage, reflexology, warm bubble bath, breathing techniques, yoga, getting an expensive lotion and take time after a shower to rub it into your skin, read a book, go out for a (decaf) coffee or hot chocolate...

What do you find pampering and/or relaxing? Even taking little 5 minute breaks for yourself through the day all adds up

Pregnancy massage and facial.
Enjoy time alone with a good book or spontaneously treating yourself to coffee and cake out.

I used to love head massages or any massage that was pregnancy OK, swimming and then a sit in the steam room (I think that's not allowed these days but it was great), hypnobirthing classes to basically learn to chill out and go with the flow...

There was a great private gym where you could book a massage even if not a member and you could use the facilities for free (or no one checked once you were past the turnstile if you were a member or not) so I basically had a few lovely "spa days" for the cost of a head massage of around 40 quid - I'd book the massage earlyish and just lounge about around the nice pool having the odd swim til it was chuck out time.

Pregnancy massage, enjoy the things you won't be able to do so much of once baby is here - lots of reading time, taking an exhibition at your own pace, swimming a lot, enjoy time on your own, long meals with friends, lots of lie ins.
