Lightheaded

37 weeks, all of a sudden feel light headed and weak, not the first time this has even happened but first time for a while in this pregnancy it has happened, any explanations for this?
I just feel weak to stand, a little shaky, lightheaded.

I got that, it was low blood pressure. Don't stand up too quickly! and maybe ask your midwife/GP to check it out.

When I'm not pregnant I have the most boringly normal blood pressure. But in the late stages of pregnancy it lowered.

@Qbish could be it, blood pressures been near enough perfect the whole pregnancy!

with my first I developed pre eclampsia at the end

Then you should defo get it checked out. Just to put your mind at rest.

The other option might be low blood sugar, also get that checked out. Although maybe less likely if you had pre-eclampsia before?

Sorry, getting pre-eclampsia mixed up with high blood sugar! Either way, ask your midwife for a check.
