I just feel like shit. Always seems to hit me in the afternoon, only feel slightly sick but the thought of cooking etc is making me feel awful.
I have no energy at all, headache and just want to eat pure crap.
Anyone else the same ??
Only 6.5 weeks !

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I feel exactly the same! Thankfully my husband does most of the cooking but he can't do it every night. This morning I chucked chicken in the slow cooker with a packet of ready made sauce so I don't need to do much tonight but even heating up rice and veggies feels like a lot of work.
I'm 6w1d and in the last week fatigue has hit like a ton of bricks. Meant to be working right now but after hours of zoom calls I'm lying on the couch fighting sleep!

Make a sandwich in the morning and put it in the fridge. Eat it in the afternoon then snooze if you can.

I'm worried about weight gain ! Now I know that sounds stupid but I only had my dd 9 months ago so still carrying the weight from that pregnancy, and the fact I only want carbs is worrying 😆

Do you get a heavy body? Is that the exhaustion? It feels so hard to move my limbs sometimes I'm that tired

If there’s a time you feel better/during the weekend can you batch cook something then just reheat for dinners?

it might not work with your work schedule but i WFH and often have a cooked meal at lunch as I feel better then. And then have a sandwich or crackers and snacks in the evenings

I know is awful, hopefully your symptoms will get better at the end of first trimester
cooking is the wost part of my day and I only crave fruits and sweet food, I am 19 weeks and although my nausea and fatigue has slowed down... I still struggle to eat healthy... I push myself to eat some vegetables and is so hard 😩... I tried learning some cooking recipes ... that helped but I don't always have the time

good luck!!
