TMI IMAGES is this just a blood clot?

Hi, I’m 10 months post partum and my period has been getting later and later recently, but this time it’s almost 2-3 weeks overdue and only came on because I had sex before I had sex there was no signs of it starting however I’ve been continuously breaking out for 2 months and had quite constant nausea which I had with my first. I took a pregnancy test 2 days before which was negative (around 12 days after missed period) I started bleeding after sex, it feels super heavy and more painful and I noticed this which I’ve never had before? Can anyone tell me? I’m 24 this type of blood is new to me and was wondering if I could have had an early loss based off the other symptoms

I think that looks pretty normal to be honest. Particularly if your pregnancy tests are normal id say your body is still just settling down after your baby.

I've had blood clots that look like that in the past when I was younger and had heavier periods.
