I have had my 20weeks scan and I am under the impression at this stage I should get a MATB1 form. My question is how do I get this form? Help wanted. Thanks

Is this your first pregnancy? You don't get it from your midwife till 25 weeks but I didn't get mine till 28 weeks as that's when I saw the midwife again after 16 weeks.

If work are harassing you for it then you can call the midwife and ask for it.

Call or text your midwife if you need it for work before 25 weeks.

My first pregnancy she left it at the GP reception for me to collect, this pregnancy she posted it to my house.

If not needed urgently then you'll get it at your next appointment

First pregnancy here! I didn’t get mine until a 25 week midwife apt, which actually, I was 26/27 weeks 😅 I just let HR know that it would be slightly later due to how my appointments work. They were ok with that. But you can ask for it sooner x

Legally your employers don’t need it until 4 weeks before you intend to start maternity leave. All you need to do by 25 weeks is inform them, in writing, that you are pregnant. Ask your midwife to issue your matb1 at your next appointment, usually 25 weeks. Many trusts will not issue these without seeing you face to face.
