GP was hopeless. I ended up called triage who told me I needed to go to the ward to speak to someone.

I did go to the ward on Thursday night and got some new medication, had one tablet Thursday and collected prescription Friday evening and took one that night.

Since Saturday I've been vomiting shortly after I've taken the medication - not sure if correlation or causation?

I don't know what to do..,, go and call triage again?

Hello OP I’m sorry you’re suffering. I am nearly 20 weeks and also STILL suffering with awful sickness to the point I am barely keeping any food down at all and minimal liquids, I’m also still breastfeeding my first child so I can’t take any of the medication they’ve given me. I would speak to your midwife and GP again and say you want the big guns regards to anti sickness they start you with the lowest form but there’s actually a lot they can give you, you need to not take no for an answer and push for it as I got 4 different meds in a few weeks they can definitely give it to you! Best of luck 🤞🏽

How do I contact my midwife?

Either if your next appointment is soon you can speak to them then or you should have a mobile number? Or through the badger app or call your gp for their contact details

regustering · 02/07/2023 20:35

I don't have their details or badger app.

The only number is the ward for pregnant woman at the hospital (which I went to last week).

I suspect they will tell me to speak to my gp?
