Hi.
Has anyone used Asda or similar pharmacy to get their international IVF prescription fulfilled? If so how, as they telling me I need original signed copy and clinic saying they are autogenerated and uploaded.
Or has anyone had any joy getting their GP to prescribe any even if just a few?
Thanks

My GP wouldn’t prescribe anything at all and would complete no tests. I had a progesterone test and my levels were that low that they were unlikely to sustain a pregnancy and my doctor still wouldn’t prescribe anything and said to go to my clinic which I obviously couldn’t do as they were in Prague. In the end I had to ring around many different companies and had some delivered the next day.

I ended up getting everything from Zen Pharmacy and just WhatsApped over my prescriptions to them. They were all delivered the next day but were also very pricy.

Thank you. Im sorry. Your experience sounds absolutely awful. I've booked an appointment with my doctor. Let's see what he says. I actually saw Zen too. Quoted me almost £1300 plus delivery...I managed to find Cherish UK who translate international prescriptions for £35 plus £5 for each item. If I get this and go to Asda will be total £719. The hustle is ridiculous for a time that's stressful, emotional and expensive. I'm counting my pennies for sure.
