How accurate is potty shot?

Just had a gender scan today which came back as a girl. Sonographer is pretty certain because there were three clear lines.

My question is is how accurate is this?

If you were after 16 weeks and it was a scan with a trained sonographer who looked from several different angles then it's pretty accurate.

If you doubt the result it would be more helpful to share the actual shot here, rather than a different image...

Do you have anybteason to belief it wouldn't be accurate e.g rather early, but a good angle? There are sometimes errors, but not often.

I'm due to have my 20 week scan so I guess I can confirm them.

In response to the user about the photo attached- I don't have a potty shot photo but I know sometimes gender can be determined from a side view.

In response to the other user that has commented, I just don't want to end up buying lots of girl things and decorating to then find out it's a boy. We have decided that we are just going to decorate neutral and then see where things take us
