I took it, a low dose 3x a day. I didn’t feel any different by day 2 onwards. I think on day one I had a mild headache all afternoon but I assumed it was dehydration. I was on it for 3weeks until preeclampsia got worse and had ds at 35+0.

When you say rough do you have any other symptoms? Can you go to maternity assessment centre or your midwife to double check your bp? Maybe your bp has dropped too much? Or it’s another reason?

Only guesses though, you need to contact your midwife to be checked.

I was put on these at 12 weeks, I’m now 16. The first 10 days or so I felt awful, I had a headache that lasted about 4 days, dizziness, blurry vision.

I saw the dr again earlier this week and she said they can cause bad headaches and make you feel rough because they make your blood vessels dilate

I didn't have this exact one but I had similar and I remember when I first took it my legs felt so hot and I kept feeling like I was going to have a panic attack. It was horrible but the symptoms did subside. This will be the same but any concerns run it past your midwife or gp

I basically felt rough as fuck when I first started taking these - sick/awful headaches but it did settle down after a few days. Id get the same again when the dose was increased but it did get better & I felt normal again after a few days! Good luck!
