Clear positive but super faint line less than an hour later?

So confused - I swear by Wondfos… they were the first to detect my pregnancy (ended in MC) back in Jan.

Just took one and nearly fell off the loo in shock as it turned positive. So I thought I’d take another. Managed to wee a tiny bit about 5 mins later but that one was dead faint?

Why would one be so positive and the next barely there? Same batch… also dipped one in water and nothing showed on that one.

(I know they’re dry now, but both lines showed within time frame)

To make matters even more confusing, I’m currently bleeding. Brilliant!

My last 4 cycles have been a complete mess. 27 days, 15 days, 24 days, 17 days! My last period (before this bleed) started on 10th June… lasted until 15th. I then started spotting 26th June and it’s slowly progressed to red, albeit still very light!

Sorry did you pee again or was it dipped in the same cup of pee? If you peed again it’s possible it’s been too diluted for the second one to pick it up. You might have to face the agonising wait of holding on until the morning when you’ll get a better idea. I bled the day after my positive and it was really quite a lot, I was sure it must be my period! It stopped after about 12/24 hours though and the tests gradually got darker

@Babynameone sorry I realised I didn’t make much sense there. So I peed again… I didn’t really need to go but forced a dribble. Lol! That’s reassuring to hear about your story. I’ve had 5 losses now so I’m always wary when I get a positive and really wasn’t expecting this given I’m bleeding! I’m trying to get a first response on prime but they’re sold out - course they are!

@TTC5yearsx sorry about your struggles ☹️ I’m hopeful you’ve just peed again too soon.. your urine would be really watered down when you’ve not held it for any time at all so there would probably not be enough hormone for the test to pick up. Don’t pee when you wake up and go to the nearest supermarket/boots and do it in the toilet 😂👏🏻
