So my first baby was 9lbs14, is my second baby likely to be big as well?
Just found out I'm pregnant and slightly worried about the size of baby this time round Confused

Not necessarily- mine was a pound lighter and the third a pound lighter still.
let’s not talk about the fourth and final one though 🐳

My first was 10lb 2oz. My midwife told me that smoking made you have smaller babies, so I started smoking again, having given up when I got pregnant put with the first one. No 2 was only 9lb 2oz, so I thought I’d cracked it, and carried on smoking when No 3 was on the way. That one weighed 10lb 4oz.

Could you imagine a midwife giving that advice today??!

Not necessarily. My second was two and a half pounds lighter than my first (thank fuck!)

Thanks for your replies..

Well this is music to my ears! I don't fancy a 10lbs baby after my first experience Blush

Maybe I should start smoking just incase! Only kidding!
