Doctor had carried out ultrasound but didn't tell us results yet. Am I right in saying the Mrs. is pregnant?

Why don't you ask the sonographer who you are in the appointment with?

No They are her ovaries.
RO / LO is just right ovary / left ovary ...

Op they are her ovaries.. sonographer should of told you by now if there was a baby.
