Woken up with sore pubic bone area this morning:( noticed when stood on one leg getting changed and its hanging around whenever I move about or lift anything.

I have been on my feet a lot and had a lot of house move things happening lately. But since Wed I've been trying to take it easy without being inactive. Went a fairly brisk 15-20min walk yesterday.
I planned to pot up some seedlings today.

I have a support belt from BabyGo that I hadn't started using yet. Not sure it fits me very well as I'm only 5ft and shortest up top. I've got the first of 3 parts of it on but not very comfortable to sit down in...

Is it worth trying to catch it early by calling midwife to get referred to physio? Am I being a drama queen?? I hate phoning them.
Next appt is in 2 weeks because I'm measuring big apparently. I'm 30+5 weeks.

Any thoughts much appreciated!

In my experience pregnancy Physio have huge waiting lists so sooner you refer yourself the better.

Just seen you're in your last trimester, definitely refer! I referred at 14 weeks and was 26 weeks before I was seen.
