Hi all. I have adenomyosis, an endometrioma and a massive fibroid and I’m 16 weeks pregnant
I am really struggling to get anyone to look at this holistically despite being under consultant care
I have adhesions between my bladder and bowel.

I have read adhesions may be more likely after c section which is my preferred mode of delivery. Does anyone here have any experience around this or anything they may be able to share?
I have no idea whether these problems are likely to impact on the pregnancy or delivery or more importantly my own health during /after this, as no one is giving me a very informed answer and to be honest I'm a bit pissed off.

I have adenomyosis and multiple fibroids. A lot of the fibroid issues in pregnancy come down to where they are located (in womb v out of womb). Generally when they do the 12 week scan they’ll measure everything to compare at the 20 week scan. Also if you had scans pre pregnancy then they’ll have more to compare growth to. The major risk in pregnancy is that a fibroid degenerates which is painful (only happened once not in pregnancy) and a lot of blood. The other issues are fibroid placement in relation to a c section. Hope that helps a bit.
