Round Ligament pains

Anyone experiencing/experienced this

Ive had twinges for a while ie when i get up too quickly, sneeze etc.
Since wed night ive had terrible pains and spent most of thursday laying on the sofa.

At the moment every movement hurts! Hurts to walk, move positions and driving the car is agony.

Any ideas how long this will last?

Really dont think i can keep this up for the next 20 weeks!

I think I've got the same thing as you! Just been hunting round the web to try and find out what it is! I'm 19wks with no 3 and have had a few sharp pains when I sneeze over the past few weeks and then woke up this morning with what felt like stitch, but in both sides and have had it on and off all day. Don't remember this with my last two, but did get awful spd with ds2 so am a bit paranoid about aches and pains as I'm terrified of getting it again.

Is your pain continous or just stabs of pain occasionally? Most the stuff I've read says it's usually a short stabbing pain but as I said, today it's been pretty constant discomfort so I'm assuming its ligament pain but not too sure.... Very weird. Am hoping a hot (ish!) bath will do the trick for now.

Sorry can't offer any advice bot do symapthise!

Me too!! 19 weeks today and horrible pains....

I didn't experience this in first 4 pgs but last time it was really bad right to the end and I don't expect any different this time

Hosp gave me stupid support belt that just dug in and hurt even more...now I've heard that these are now not recommended.

Sam- I too have the same... the sharp pains but also the constant discomfort.
Under my bump is very solid and tender too.

This is my first pregnancy and im 20 weeks tomorrow.

I had a warm bath last night which helped and tonight im trying a hot water bottle. But not on top of bump as dont want to fry baby!

Really hope this wears off soon as i dont think i could cope with this till i deliver! The pain is pretty strong.
