Constant thirst / dry mouth

I’m 11 weeks and am waking up several times in the night thirsty, during the day I’ve got a near constant dry mouth and thirst. Had GD with my first pregnancy but not sure if the current thirst / dry mouth is more to do with the hot weather or if it’s a possible sign of GD again. Anyone else got anything similar?

Not ruling out GD, but I’m 21ish weeks and have had major thirst throughout my pregnancy, especially at night. I have to take a bottle of water to bed to sip from all night, which then results in more toilet trips…
The warm weather has definitely caused me to drink more too, but I’m probably drinking 50% more water and fluids than pre-pregnancy.
