Ovulation or implantation

Hi ladies

so some advice or personal experiences please!!

I have a 24 day cycle. My last period was 10th of June, my flo app says I ovulate from 15th - 23rd with the 19th being the main day! We had sex on the 17th (and yes used the pull out method. Both secretly want a baby out past experiences have scared us). That whole day I had light period cramps. Then on the 19th I had sore nipples. Since, a few on and off cramps! Could this be implantion or just ovulation? Hellllllp! 12 days untill in due

It's too soon to know anything about implantation - takes 7-11 days after ovulation to implant, sometimes longer. Definitely relax, there's no way of telling anything yet and no point overthinking things until your period is due.
