33 weeks and feeling overwhelmed

I’m due with my second baby in early august and starting to feel quite anxious and overwhelmed about the idea of having another child and how I’ll cope. I found the newborn stage with my 4y/o pretty horrendous due to severe sleep deprivation and PND. I’m scared it’ll be the same again, though am putting in as much of a plan in place as I can and am aware of some of my early warning signs in relation to mental health. I’m scared my older child will be very upset and jealous as he’s currently going through an extremely attached phase. I’m just scared I won’t cope. And also feel really disorganised. I’m working for another month and worrying about baby coming earlier. I can’t figure out what I need to do to organise myself. Ive washed all the old newborn stuff and got the Moses basket out of storage, but just feel under prepared.

Did/do others feel this way? It’s just hit me that theres not much time now. Maybe I’m a bit more overwhelmed as I’m knackered and really uncomfortable the last few days because of how baby is lying!
