I'm nearly 40 weeks and this afternoon I've been getting a tingling feeling low in my vagina 😂 very weird sensation! What could this be?

I vaguely remember this felt like it was nerves or pins and needles just pressure every were below. I didn't get to 40 weeks about 38 x

It's such a weird feeling can't find anything about this online! Literally feels like a pulsation/throb/tingle! Maybe my cervix or whatever is going something x
