Hi.
I am 13w + and I have quite of an appetite, but after I eat I m feeling stressed or guilty.
For example, tonight I had some pizza with salami on it, but it was rather cold. Later I read that I should have heated it at high temperature for it to be safe.
Another issue is that I very much crave sweets. I always ate sugar more than average and I had many days in pregnancy when I had an entire chocolate during one day.
Other than that I do try to eat healthy.
I didn't gain weight at all, but I am scared something I eat could harm the baby.
How did you manage to control your eating habits and your anxiety in pregnancy?
