Is anyone else feeling the same? I’m a FTM and my pregnancy has been awful- HG sickness the whole way through and extreme heartburn, I’m on the highest dose of omeprazole and having so much gaviscon.
I am getting random cramps but nothing to say labour is soon - is anyone else feeling a little deflated?
I know the advice is to constantly keep moving, walking, birthing ball etc but I just have extreme tiredness all the time I just don’t want to do anything then wind myself up that I’m probably not doing much to help labour, I just have no idea how at the end of pregnancy people are supposed to go for walk longs and stay active when all I want to do is lay like a potato 😭

Aw. It’s been a long time since my pregnancies but I totally remember feeling this way. My only advice is to be as kind to yourself as you can manage and definitely rest as much as you can although as you say some activity is good too. Your baby will decide when they’re ready to come (which I always thought was them getting their parents trained from the start!) Take care - it is not easy being pregnant in all this hot weather.
