Hi there - I'm 22 wks pg and for several wks now I've had pains in my inside thighs (like I've been horse-riding all day!). The pain isn't awful, but it is making me walk a bit like John Wayne (not a good look at work!). I don't know if this is a mild form of SPD or if it's just normal in pregnancy - any ideas??

I get pains in my inner thighs most mornings at the moment, I am 35 weeks pg and its been occuring for the last 3 weeks. Its not bad, but it does make me walk funny. If its really bad though check with your MW.
My MW said it was to do with things stretching.. 'down there' and it was normal.
Hope comparing notes with me helps and good luck with your pregnancy!
