Hoping for some advice and reassurance, I’m 19 weeks pregnant yesterday started with pressure and aching in my lower abdomen and back ache , today it’s worse and feel cramping in back and and abdomen it will get better then worse again
also had yellow watery discharge with a brown tinge to it , not sure what to do as it’s a Sunday night

Call the midwives unit, they will tell you what you need to do.

I would ring the labour ward as EPU is probably closed. You're almost 20 weeks so I'm sure they'll be happy to advise you.

@Dillon11 hey, do you mind me asking what happened with you after this? I have some abdominal pain but at the top and back ache but not the discharge or brown tinge.

Hi , with out wanting to panic you but Unfortunately my waters ended up breaking that day but didn’t go in to labour manage to make it to 21 weeks pregnant before I had to be induced due to developing sepsis.
we had the postmortem which shows I had developed a infection in the placenta and around the baby due to step b which cause water to go .

@Dillon11 so sorry to hear you had to go through that! I think peppermint tea has eased mine a bit and I'm struggling to go number 2 so I think it may be wind/constipation but now you've said this, if I wake and it's the same tomorrow I'll definitely be contacting my midwife! Really appreciate you getting back to me
