Nausea and tiredness 38 + 3

Hi all

im 38+3 today and for the last 3 days have felt nauseous and had a bit of diarrhoea along with more mucus (altho just normal mucus)
I had a scan on Friday and midwife could only just see the head so I’m hoping all these signs are pointing towards labour soon.
I need a pee when baby moves which I’ve never had before had baby feels super low

please tell me I could I soon in labour!!!!

I think your signs could well mean upcoming labour. Wondering if you've had the baby already?
I'm feeling similarly now, but I'm 36 weeks pregnant with baby number 3, a lot of nausea for the past few days on and off. Upset stomach etc.
