Nub/Gender from 12 week scan?

My cousin has mentioned that you can tell gender from the 12 week scan picture if a nub is pictured. Is this a thing?! What would be the guess for my scan or is there no nub pictured? I’m clueless on this!

You tend to get a scan pic from the babys bottom that shows you - could never figure it out from this view on mine but from below you defo could!
