Just wanted to check this Sushi was completely safe for a pregnant person to eat?

It says no raw fish so I'm guessing it's fine but just wanted to check.

Fish sold in the uk has to be frozen at source. When it’s frozen whatever it is that you can’t have (I think it’s a parasite) is killed off.

I have been told that supermarket and restaurant grade sushi is ok for you when you’re pregnant, but maybe I’m wrong

Sushi is fine

There isn't a specific risk to baby, it's just the ever so slightly higher risk of food poisoning, which would be more unpleasant when pregnant.

It’s fine. All the advice is so culturally specific. What do you think pregnant people in Japan do!

actual proper raw fish sushi is fine as long it’s frozen at source, which it will be

so you are absolutely fine with cooked fish
