CoQ10 100 mg safe?

I've been taking CoQ10 for fertility. Is it safe to continue into pregnancy?

Hi @Un7breakable I know some people do, but I stopped mine when o got a positive test. I checked with the seller of mine (Zita West) when I was breastfeeding and ttc and they said not to take it. So I assumed it's also not for any safety data for pregnancy

Thanks @A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 there's so much conflicting info some says it's bad , others say it's good. I've got a hospital appointment tomorrow so will see what they say.
