I'm 9 weeks today and have been very lucky to only have mild nausea do far (hope it continues 🤞), tiredness, sore boobs and bloating are my other symptoms.
However the mild nausea is being kept at bay by eating my body weight daily 🙈 any tips of tasty (mainly savoury) snacks I can take about with me and don't need to prep when out and about?

Banana
Cereal bar
Crisps
Pesto pasta and chicken for lunch
Yoghurt
Crisps
2 Jam tarts
Handful of sweets
