Feeling dizzy

Hi, did anyone experience feeling dizzy during pregnancy. I'm 15 weeks pregnant and the last two days I've had to go off the floor at work and sit down with my feet up. I feel as if I'm going to faint. Did anyone else experience this? I do work on a busy ward. I work 13 hours a day and just done three days in a row. I'm on my feet the majority of the day and only sit down for breaks.
Should I be concerned?

Thank you

Yes all the time in both pregnancies. Part of pregnancy really! Could be low iron also.

It sounds like if I did your job I’d be dizzy even if not pregnant. Not done 12 hour+ shifts for many years and don’t miss them, especially in this heat.

Completely normal. If you can keep your blood sugar stable with regular snacks, and drink plenty of fluids.

You should probably check in with your midwife as actually fainting when you are pregnant is not a good idea. They might want to check your iron and b12 levels etc. Then make sure you are eating and drinking properly and put your feet up when you get a break
