Hi all!
I wondered if anyone had advice on coming off certain preconception vitamins on finding out you’re pregnant?
I’ve been taking 60mg per day B6 (for around 3 months) and 700mg per day chasteberry (for around 1.5 months) to try and increase progesterone and extend my 8 day luteal phase.
I’m worried that coming off them might cause miscarriage but can’t find consistent answers on if it’s ok to carry on taking these doses or not!
Any advice based on your experience welcome!
