Just for fun!

I feel like a bottomless pit today so maybe some of your own diets will make me feel better about the amount that I eat! I'm 15 weeks tomorrow.

Breakfast - chocolate overnight oats. 1 cup oats, a mashed banana, 2 tbsp cacao powder and milk

2 dates and some nuts

An apple, some grapes, a can of Dr pepper

Lunch- cod in tomato sauce, rice and green beans

6 chocolate flavour snack a Jack's, a slice of homemade banana bread, some more grapes, a bag of tayto crisps

Dinner (bbq)- a burger in a bun, a sausage on it's own, salad and coleslaw

A bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes
6 oatcakes spread with butter

Why have I never made overnight oats with milk instead nasty boring plain yogurt. It never occurred to me! Can't help with what else you've eaten.

21 weeks and I’ve had a salad and dairylea dunker 😂

do you dates regularly? Only because people advise eating them daily towards the end of pregnancy to help soften the cervix, although they didn’t do anything for me at all.

I did dates for the last few weeks of my last pregnancy, along with raspberry leaf tea, perennial massage and evening primrose oil at the very end... I had a slow but very beautiful labour. Not sure if the dates helped, but I didn't suffer any constipation whilst eating so many of them!

@PickledScrump is it the heat putting you off food or baby pushing up on your stomach?! A salad and a dairy leaf dunkerque doesn't sound like much!

@Pitstop1986 not really sure what you mean. Baby is still to small to be pushing on anything at 21 weeks.
