What I eat in a day - pregnancy edition!

Just for fun!

I feel like a bottomless pit today so maybe some of your own diets will make me feel better about the amount that I eat! I'm 15 weeks tomorrow.

Breakfast - chocolate overnight oats. 1 cup oats, a mashed banana, 2 tbsp cacao powder and milk

2 dates and some nuts

An apple, some grapes, a can of Dr pepper

Lunch- cod in tomato sauce, rice and green beans

6 chocolate flavour snack a Jack's, a slice of homemade banana bread, some more grapes, a bag of tayto crisps

Dinner (bbq)- a burger in a bun, a sausage on it's own, salad and coleslaw

A bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes
6 oatcakes spread with butter

Why have I never made overnight oats with milk instead nasty boring plain yogurt. It never occurred to me! Can't help with what else you've eaten.

do you dates regularly? Only because people advise eating them daily towards the end of pregnancy to help soften the cervix, although they didn’t do anything for me at all.

I did dates for the last few weeks of my last pregnancy, along with raspberry leaf tea, perennial massage and evening primrose oil at the very end... I had a slow but very beautiful labour. Not sure if the dates helped, but I didn't suffer any constipation whilst eating so many of them!

@PickledScrump is it the heat putting you off food or baby pushing up on your stomach?! A salad and a dairy leaf dunkerque doesn't sound like much!

@Pitstop1986 not really sure what you mean. Baby is still to small to be pushing on anything at 21 weeks.
