Hi ladies.
I had a mc 7 weeks ago today. Had a neg test 3 weeks after and tested positive on a frer 5 days ago. Sore boobs and tired etc. Anyway...I took another frer today to see line progress and its practically negative 😢 no bleeding, haven't bled since the mc.

Pics below, top is test from Fri afternoon, bottom is from about 20mins ago.

Im really sorry but those tests look like the dreaded Frer indents rather than positive I’m afraid.

Thanks for your reply. They are both defo pink in real life. The first one on Fri showed up within about 30sec of taking it. Today's took about 2 mins.

Hi @abbmebtdab looks like it could be unfortunately.. test again in a few days to be sure though. This happened to me last month, following a mc the month before. If it is, report it to your gp just so they have record of it. My gp was wonderful and told me that I didn't have to discount a chemical pregnancy even if others around me were ❤️ however long you were pregnant, you've already had dreams and wishes for that baby.

when Was your period due? Taking a test later in the day will usually cause a light test as you have been drinking during the day so your urine is more diluted. My tests got lighter between 11dpo and 14dpo and I’m now 21 weeks so it’s not necessarily bad news

@PickledScrump hi, no idea when AF due as iv not bled since my MC at the end of April. No idea when I ovulated either but we were very actively trying since 5 days after MC.
