6 weeks with terrible lower back pain

Hi all has anyone had really bad back pain around the 6 week mark? I have and its really worrying me as I had a MMC in January when I was 8 weeks (baby was 6 weeks) so these next two weeks are very anxious for me! I'm hoping its just my body preparing but It was so bad yesterday I had to put a hot water bottle on it.

Hi. Sorry you're going through this. I also experienced back pains, but don't remember them being so intense. But for sure each body is unique and can react differently. Can the cause of your pain be something else?
Did you plan an early scan or have blood tests?

@BabyHope1 I was in two minds about having an early scan cause I'd hate to be in a situation where everything was ok then later down the line things go wrong. But my midwife should be phoning me today about booking in appointment so I'll mention it and see if they can refer me to the EPU.

I can't think anything else would cause it, its like the back pain which I experience during my period, which tbh I usually have a good 2 weeks before anyway so maybe I just have a rubbish back! I'm managing to sit at work and its not too bad so hopefully I'm over the worst

Yes, maybe you have more of a sensitive back. Hope you get good news.

If you're not bleeding or have bad cramps, I really think it could all turn out ok.
