Propess induction

I'm being induced today I've had propess in for about 2 hours now and it's feels like I've been punched down below I generally feel so bruised and sore in my vag and down my thighs a bit😂 any experience here?

Yes, generally uncomfortable feeling. I also had thrush so was sore anyway. Went home after first pessary. Baby born 22 hours after insertion so worked well for me. Good luck

POSITIVE PROPESS INDUCTION STORY!
4th baby born 39+4
Currently lay here with my 4 hour old babygirl after having the propess inserted 12 hours before she was born!
They inserted the propress at 11am and labour pains started few hours later, I came to the hospital as an outpatient and left straight after having it in well once they checked baby on the monitor for half an hour I was good to go home and let my labour develop,
labour pains started at around 5pm I came to the hospital at 7.18pm to be told I was 2cm so I went home within 2 hour the pains were unbearable and I was certain i was dilating rapidly came back to hospital at 10.50pm in agony they checked my cervix I was 5cm dilated the pains were so intense they took me straight to delivery ward where I dilated to 8cm within 15 minutes and at 11.56 my beautiful daughter was born, fastest and most painful out of all my labours but baby was back to back they had to turn her as I was contracting and pushing her out so that did not help the pain what so ever!
The midwives didn’t have enough time to get the pain relief prescribed for my cannula as i knew my body was ready to push!
So yeah if your thinking of having it do it but don’t hold back on going to hospital as they can arrive real fast!
