Positive digital test, negative boots strips???

Hi all!
I got a positive test yesterday evening (clearblue digital). This morning, I took a Boots test strip & it was very negative. This has me worried. I have a Dr's appointment on Friday. Has this happened to anyone else?

I should probably add that my period isn't due for another 2 days.

Was your test strip taken with first pee of the day?

My boots strip was negative at 12dpo and I got a positive digital at 13dpo.

The clear blue digital is 2.5 times more sensitive than the boots strips so I wouldn’t read too much into it.

No, it wasn't. I peed earlier that morning around 6. The tests arrived at 9, and I took it straight away. I hadn't drank anything. Not sure if that makes a difference.

If you test before your period is due you absolutely have to use your first morning wee so its strong enough

Hi the same thing has happened to me today
I’ve had atleast ten strong positives various brands and digital today I did a boots strip test along with a clear blue digital and the boots came up with the faintest line but the clear blue said pregnant 1-2 weeks so confused as have had very strong positives for a week now

I wouldn't worry about that at all. I have heard that the boots strips aren't great, especially until a few days after a missed period. If I were you, would 100% be confident especially since you've had a positive digital AND line tests. Unfortunately in my case, it was either a chemical or a false positive. Nothing is clear.

My boots digital test was negative but there was a faint positive in the boots strip test and my clearblue blue line test. I am somewhere around 11-13 DPO does anyone fine the boots digital tests good. I took both test with evening urine.

Not sure about the sensitivity of boots digitals, but it was probably because you took the test with evening urine! Did you try again this morning? :)

Yes digital still negative but strips still positive faint but showing better on camera now. I think I am between 12 -14 DPO but I have PCOS so my cycles can be up to 35 days long. So my period is due anytime between tomorrow and Sunday

I'd say maybe try a clearblue if you can, or wait a few more days! It sounds like you're pregnant but the digital just isn't showing up yet.

A clear blue was one of the due tests I tried and then I tried a clear blue and boots digital both negative. I am hoping it's just too early 🙈
