Just a moan really, currently 37 weeks and this heat is unbearable 😫 can't sleep, try and do the bare minimum and keep the house cool but it's just awful. I'm also worrying over how hot labour is gonna be in the hospital as its always so hot in hospital 😒!

I’ll join the moan! Only 20 weeks but I’ve felt sick all morning from the heat. Trying to drink loads of water. I just want to lie in a cool dark room 😫

I've found putting your feet in a tub of cool water really helps to make your whole body feel cooler (if you have a baby bath bought that's perfect!)

Oh my! I'll join too! I'm around 37 and a half weeks and hating the heat. Was already feeling huge and very icky but now the swelling has started. Trying to keep walking to encourage baby out on time as they're talking about inducing me due to small size but none of my shoes now fit - seemingly overnight. Foot bath sounds like an amazing idea. Baby may had to lend me his bath so I can give it a try! Hope you're all feeling better soon mamas! Xx

Me too OP. 32 weeks and my toddler has a sickness bug 😢

P.s. Also very worried about labouring in this. Our maternity ward is on one of the highest floors and many to get very hot. They've said you can bring your own fan and someone recommended to me to try and take ice chips in a cool bag/thermos but eeeek! X

I agree, it's hard. We have set up wall mounted air conditioning. I think it is going to be hotter every year, so decided to invest in it

Definitely recommend having a little fan for labour. You will get sweaty even when it's not this hot! Fruit ice lollies great for giving you a bit of sugar when labour is starting to get hard work. You need some energy but arent likely to want to eat. Frozen grapes are quite nice too.

If you can't easily go out to walk, just try to stay mobile at home as much as you can. Hard in this heat!
