Gurgling sounds 29 weeks

Tonight trying to sleep but getting quite loud gurlgling sounds from the top of my belly, almost like bubbles in the fluid.. the baby’s moving around so not sure if it’s being made worse by that. Has anyone had anything like this?

It's maybe something you've had to eat or drink that's causing gas , the digestive system slows down in pregnancy and also baby's bigger so stomach size is squashed. Do you have ingestion?
