I got myself in a right state crying and emotional... then I threw up everywhere and ran to the toilet. I noticed my whole knickers were wet and all down my legs!! Normally if I pee when coughing or whatever I'm aware this is weird!!!

Throwing up can cause you to pee when you're pregnant.

Put a liner on. If your waters have gone it will continue to leak so it will be damp. If that happens go to hospital and they can check it out with a special paper to test if it is amniotic fluid or something else.

With my first my waters went but was only the one little trickle...

Second baby they were non stop so I don't even know! I'll get on with my evening but if I notice any pains or more water I'll definitely go triage! When I cough or sneeze I feel the pee but I guess I threw up unexpectedly so I didn't know either way??

If you're concerned then I would suggest going in to get triaged, even if it's just to put your mind at rest.

I’d get checked tbh as it’s not worth the risk of infection. Waters often continue but they don’t always, baby head can block any more coming out. Always better to get checked than to wish you had
