So..i am 33 weeks pregnant
Cost of living is difficult right now,
I have beef burgers and good quality pork sausages in my fridge that the use by date was yesterday.. I did the smell test and they look and smell good..no problems.. but its a day later..they were stored nicely in the fridge..

Should I eat or not?

I would if they smell ok - and cook them super well.

UpUpUpU · 13/06/2023 20:37

I would eat them

If they look and smell OK they will be fine. Things always have much longer than the use by date. If the sausages are off then will have a white spotty filmy tinge to them. The burgers will smell and will have a grey brown tinge to them.

I would eat it but if you're gonna worry then i don't think it's worth it

I would eat them.

I might be wary of chicken or seafood past the sell by date, but beef burgers and sausages should be fine.

Enjoy!
