Hi so have been tracking this month today is cycle day 15 and i believe i had a positive opk today (photo below)we last bd last night but my opk was neg then. and unfortunately hub has had to go away for the next 4 days friends say,conception is most likely witihn the first 12 to 48 hours following a positive opk obviously no husband no,bd so,i guess chances are i wont be in the game this month? Also anyone who was bbt and confirming ovulation how many days later did you confirm?

I BBT charted and OPK tracked. Typically I ovulate 12-24hrs after a positive OPK.

Sperm lives for up to 5 days, You should ovulate in the next 24-36 hours after a positive OPK so you’re fine, you’re in with a good shot.

First test is today second is yesterday beginning to think today is surge day meaning ill ovulate in the next 12 to 24 hours?

I dtd on the Thursday and ovulated Saturday and got pregnant, so you're probably looking at about the same time scale as me.
