Hi! I’m currently 7 weeks pregnant (or so I thought). For the last three days I’ve had some spotting. Enough to wear a pad but not enough to soak the pad. It’s only been brownish/reddish and hasn’t really looked like a period. I’ve also had cramps but it hasn’t been hurting enough to feel the need to take paracetamol. I went for an ultrasound today and they measured me at 6 weeks. They were only able to see a gestational sac, no yolk sac, and no fetal pole. They said to go back in three days time. I’m so scared. Anyone have anything similar happen to them with positive outcomes? Thanks mums!
