Can a third pregnancy be completely different from previous two?

Good morning ladies: just about to turn 6 weeks and i have pretty much no symptoms, nada. Maybe a bit of heartburn that comes and goes. This is my third pregnancy and my other two were very similar in that i had pretty much constant nausea. This time i have a weird loss of appetite but no nausea. Can this be ok? I am worried especially because of the difference with my other two pregnancies (boy and girl) TIA

Am 18 weeks pregnant with baby Number 3 (a girl) and this pregnancy has been so different to my other 2 which were boys I had hardley no symptoms with my boys other than really bad heartburn all the way through this pregnancy is totally different bad sickness and headaches I guess every pregnancy is just different and give you different symptoms a wouldnt be worried about it and if you are speak with your midwife congratulations 🎉xx

I was very sick with my first two pregnancies, then not at all with my third. A bit of mild nausea and no other symptoms, I also had some spotting. I ended up paying for a private scan as I was so worried but all was fine.
I think it's simply that each pregnancy is different, hormone levels maybe different or maybe our bodies become tolerant.

Yeah my third pregnancy was different, but the other way around. I was really sick third time around after two pretty manageable pregnancies. Different sex baby so I don't know if it makes a difference!
My second I was not sick or nauseous at all and not other noticeable symptoms - and all was fine so try not to worry too much.

I'm pregnant with my third and pregnancy has been pretty much identical between all three. This one is a DS my previous two were girls.

Sailed through 2 but the 3rd made me so anemic and sick. Mightve been age, I was 34 with the 2rd so not old but older than 26 / 28. Wasn't sex as all boys.

Yup. I had hyperemisis in the last 2 pregnancies. 18 weeks now, and my sickness has been really mild. I couldn't believe it! I can even drink tea! 😋

Had Braxton hicks all the way through my second pregnancy, but only that one.

Im currently pregnant with my third. All 3 have been completely different, all are girls.

Thank you all, it is hard to believe that one can feel so good at 6 weeks and be pregnant. I have no bleeding or spotting which is encouraging. Also this time i am really on top of supplements and have been getting high dose vit B6 and magnesium from before i conceived, so that might be helping. I have a scan booked in a couple of weeks and it will be pretty surprising if i see there is actually something in there! Fingers crossed :)

All three of mine were totally different, it’s like asking if every headache, every cold, every pain is going to be the same
