Hi,
I'm starting a new job middle of July in the police as a contact officer.
I am currently around 4/5 weeks pregnant and I'm not sure whether to tell them.
I don't want to be let go/fail my probation for being pregnant.

It would be totally illegal for them to let you go because you're pregnant. HOWEVER. If you've got a probationary period, might be smart not to tell them until that's over so they can't find another reason not to pass you

Hi,
I would do this however the probation period is 15 months so it's impossible unfortunately.

Wow 15 months is really long. In that case, join your union. You won't be able to hide it from then so best to have some back up just in case.

I started a new job 13 weeks pregnant. Told them on week 2.

Hold off. Until you've started.
