What's the difference between the both? And why do we get them!
My braxton hicks don't hurt but may be a little uncomfortable.
I also get tightenings that are a little painful and uncomfortable!!
I don't know if they are the same thing but tightenings hurt , braxton hicks don't! What's the difference?
